If crystalized buildables are flickering for you, change your Anti-Aliasing to something that isn't TAA. Also keep "LOD_Bias" at the default value of 0.0. It is recommended to keep "Use_Skybox_Ambience" in preferences.json set to "false" when playing on this map otherwise night time will be very dark and the map will look worse overall. If nothing works, let me know if there's anything in the error logs related to metro/elver. Make sure you also have available space on your disk. You could also try reset your singleplayer world but this will wipe any progress you have made on the map. If you are still having issues, find the map in your steam workshop folder (Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\304930\2136497468) and then go to the Spawns folder and delete zombies.dat. Another potential fix is to verify integrity of game files, here's a quick tutorial on how to do it. The assets might be outdated and will break your game. You can also try unsubscribe from Elver, wait for it to uninstall and then subscribe again but make sure to not subscribe to any other Elver assets, only the official upload. The Elver folder has the number 2136497468 so you can delete everything apart from that if you wish. To make sure every mod has properly uninstalled itself go to "Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\304930" and make sure there aren't any unwanted mods there. Players:If you are unable to load the map, try unsubscribing from other workshop mods/maps that use IDs in the range of 57000-58000.
